1. Agreement Acceptance & Usage Rules

Welcome to the xSite platform. When registering, accessing, or integrating with our central console, tenant instances, and programmatic endpoints, users must comply strictly with local and international laws. Generating or disseminating unlawful, abusive, or malicious content is strictly prohibited.

2. Independent Database Responsibility & Ownership

Under our physical isolation architecture, each tenant retains exclusive control and liability over data, prompt configurations, and outputs stored in their independent database. Regular automated or manual backups remain the tenant’s operational responsibility.

3. Service Availability & Disclaimers

We continuously optimize and maintain infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. The platform assists in reasonable service recovery in the event of upstream API turbulence or force majeure disruptions.
